FIT 407 is kickstarting Mother’s Day weekend with a special Mother’s Day Pop-Up event.

The event takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 9, at Fit 407, 16406 New Independence Parkway, Winter Garden.

Enjoy a morning of movement, shopping and treats.

Take a Pilates class, then stick around to explore curated vendors, pick up beautiful flowers for a loved one, and sip on a delicious coffee or matcha.
