Horizon Hawks are 5-0 after OT win over Cypress Creek

The Horizon High Hawks started their eight-day gauntlet with an emotional overtime win Thursday, Oct. 6, at Cypress Creek.

The Hawks were able to pull ahead for a 27-20 victory in OT to overcome a third quarter during which they let Cypress Creek score 20 unanswered points.

The game was the first of three Horizon will play in eight days. The Hawks will face Lake Buena Vista Monday, Oct. 10, and then Wekiva Friday, Oct. 14. Both are home games.
