Families in the southwest Orlando area rang in December — and the official start of the holiday season — with a wintry celebration at The Grove Orlando. Held Saturday, Dec. 1, The Grove’s Winter Wonderland event drew dozens of children and families to the shopping center for an afternoon of holiday festivities. Children played in a “snow” pit, posed for photos in a pop-up snow globe, met with Santa and Mrs. Claus, got their faces painted, participated in fun games and much more.
