It was a beautiful day to be out in Horizon West Saturday, March 7, as hundreds in the community gathered to celebrate Horizon West Fest. Now in its second year, Horizon West Fest — which was held near Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas in Hamlin — is one of Horizon West Happenings’ signature events, and it highlights the things residents love most about their community. Local vendors and businesses showcased their products and services while children enjoyed games, a ball pit, a rock-climbing wall and inflatable obstacle courses. Families perusing the event could take a break for a bite to eat, listen to live music and enjoy each other’s company.
